Collect total likes, comments & Shout-outs

Use the Users report to find the number of total likes, comments, follows, and bookmarks for all users or certain groups of users on your site. See the Shout-outs heading below for info on how to find the Shout-outs report.
- Navigate to the Users report on the dashboard of your TF Analytics site.
- If the report is not on your dashboard, you can navigate to it in the left-hand navigation under ThoughtFarmer.

- Set the Dates and Segments as needed:
- Select the date range that you want to track.
- Beside the date range filter at the top, select the segment that you want to track.
- Choose All Visits to collect stats on all of your users.
- Choose a segment of users if you want to track specific users.
- Follow step 1 on Track stats by Group/Department to set up segments of people.
- Export the Users Report:
- When you hover over the report, you see four options at the bottom.
- Click the Export option. A window with many export options displays.
- We recommend selecting the following:
- Choose TSV for Excel format (CSV is the same).
- Choose Format Metrics so that the fields are separated into their own individual cells.
- Choose the Row Limit - depending on how many rows you want to see. Commonly people choose All.
- Click Export.

- When you hover over the report, you see four options at the bottom.
- Manually total the results:
- To find the totals, you need to do a little work in Excel. Find the column(s) you want to find information for and use the Excel SUM formula to find the totals. Refer to the Excel report legend table below to understand the Excel report terminology.

A report for Shout-outs is not available in ThoughtFarmer Analytics at this time, but you can find it on your intranet. See Shout-outs settings and reports to learn how to export the Shout-outs report.
