Follow these steps to find the average number of users that are visiting your site per day in a given period. 

ThoughtFarmer does not have a default metric that shows you this value; it needs to be calculated manually. Don't worry, it's easy! 

To find the average number of users a day for a given week: 

1. Go to the Users report (under the ThoughtFarmer tab on the left).
2. Change your date range to a week.
3. Export the report to an Excel file.
4. Using the total number of unique visitors in the week, divide that by 7 (number of days in a week).

*Note: you may want to consider only accounting for Monday-Friday and dividing the total user number by 5 if it makes sense to exclude weekends.

To find the average number of users a day for a given month: 

1. Go to the Users report (under the ThoughtFarmer tab on the left).
2. Change your date range to a month 
3. Export the report to an Excel file.
4. Using the total number of unique visitors in the month, divide that by the number of days in that month.

To find the average number of users a day for any given period: 

1. Go to the Users report (under the ThoughtFarmer tab on the left).
2. Change your date range to the range you want to find average daily users for.
3. Export the report to an Excel file.
4. Using the total number of unique visitors in the period, divide that by the number of days in the selected period.
