Purge deleted information
Purge deleted users, pages and forms from your intranet
When users, pages, forms, or form entries are deleted from ThoughtFarmer, they are still recoverable by intranet administrators using the User management, Content - restore, or Forms and entries - restore pages of the admin panel.
However it is possible to permanently delete pages and users from the database, using the Purge deleted information page. You may want to purge deleted information if limited disk space is a concern. It is strongly recommended that you have an up-to-date backup prior to purging the database.
As of version 10.8, you can purge users while retaining their comments on the intranet. (In previous versions, you could not purge a user who still had a comment connected to their user profile.) Comments from deleted and purged users will show "user deleted" instead of a user name with the comment.
