Add page icon or emoji
Page icons give visual cues to the type of page or page content along with the page title. Page icons display to the left of the page title in directory-style navigation cards and when viewing a page. Page editors can select a page icon or emoji to display to the left of the page title.
To add a page icon or emoji
- Go into edit mode on the page where you want to add an icon.
- Click the gear icon on the right of the page header.
- In the Page header settings window that opens, find the Icon heading.
- Click the toggle Add icon or Emoji to turn it to ON.
- By default, the Icons tab shows. Click the Emoji tab to add an emoji.
- Click in the Search field and type a search term to filter the icons, or scroll through the list of icons.
- Click on the desired icon.
- To pick an icon color or background color, click on the corresponding color circle. In the color picker that opens, select a color from the color customizer, enter a Hex or RGB color code, or select a preset color. To close the color picker without making changes, just click outside of the color picker box.
- Click Done. The selected page icon appears to the left of the page title.
- Click Save to save the page.
