Typography

The Typography section allows you to change the font families for page header and body text throughout the intranet, and to specify color and weight for page header text. Font previews show on the right of the font elements. To access the options on this page, go to the Admin panel: User interface section > Theme page, select the theme you want to edit and click on the Typography section.

Font family

There are 10 font families available:

• Fira Sans, Lucida Sans, Lucida Grande, Lucida Sans Unicode, Dejavu Sans, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif
• Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif
• Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif
• Trebuchet MS, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial
• Lucida Grande, Lucida Sans, Arial, sans-serif
• Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, serif
• Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif
• Palatino Linotype, Book Antiqua, Palatino, Times New Roman, Times, serif
• Trebuchet MS, Lucida Sans, Arial, sans-serif
• Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif

These function as a priority sequence of fonts to display to the user. If the first is not available on a user's computer then the next available in the list will be presented.

To change the font family, click in the Font family field in the Page header or Body sections, and select the font family that you want from the dropdown menu. Make sure to click Save after you make any changes.

Page header

Under this heading you can specify the font family and weight of page headings. This applies to the title of pages only in page headers (not in navigation or news), and to user names in the headers of profile pages.

To specify the color, enter a HEX color code, or click on the color circle to open the color picker and select a color. Changes will be reflected in the preview on the right. Make sure to click Save after you make any changes.
