Configure profile cards
Cards on your profile page
Like other pages on the intranet, your profile page is made up of cards. Your intranet administrator chooses which cards are available to use on the profile page template. Some cards have options you can select, and others cards require setup before they will display on your profile page. To learn more about Cards, see Overview of cards and How to set up cards.
Common cards that you might find on a profile page are Location, Bookmarks (Bookmark manager), Attachments (Document library) and Activity.
To configure the cards on your profile page, edit your profile and click Configure profile cards in the top right.
The Update cards pop-up window will appear.
When you are done making your changes, click Done in the Update cards window, and click Save at the bottom of the page.

Choose whether other users can see your Bookmarks
If your intranet administrator has added the Bookmark manager to the profile page template, you will see a list of your Bookmarks in a card on your profile page. You can choose whether other users can see your Bookmarks when they visit your profile page. To change this option:
- Click on your name or profile photo in the top right of any page, and click Edit profile in the dropdown menu that appears.
- In edit profile, click Configure profile cards in the top right. The Update cards pop-up window will appear.
- Find the Bookmark manager card with the checkbox option Allow others to view.
- Select the checkbox to let other users see your Bookmarks.
- Deselect the checkbox to hide your Bookmarks from other users.
- Click Done in the Update cards window.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Choose whether you can attach files to your profile page
- Click on your name or profile photo in the top right of any page, and click Edit profile in the dropdown menu that appears.
- In edit profile, click Configure profile cards in the top right. The Update cards pop-up window will appear.
- Find the Document library Card with the option Allow files.
- Select the checkbox to allow files to be attached to your profile page.
- Deselect the checkbox to prevent files from being attached to your profile page.
- Click Done in the Update cards window.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Draft pages card
A card listing your draft pages appears to you on your profile page by default. If there are both draft pages that you own and draft pages that you are a collaborator on, the list of draft pages will be divided into those two categories. You can click on a draft page title in the card to go to the draft page. To learn more, see Collaborate on a page.
