Analytics widgets
Visitors
Displays the number of visitors within the selected date period.
Unique views
Displays the number of unique views within the selected date period.
Unique views over time
Displays the number of unique views over time within the selected date period as a bar chart. The date period selected will determine the time period represented by each bar (day, month, or year).
If you hover over a bar on the chart, a pop-up shows the time period and number of unique views that the bar represents. If you click on a bar on the chart, you can choose from menu options to Drill up (to a monthly or yearly view), Drill down (to a monthly or daily view), or Reset (to the time period originally selected).
Engagement stats
Displays statistics for likes, comments, bookmarks, and downloads. Download stats will only display if the page type is an attachment.
Segments
Displays analytics by segments such as departments, teams, and office locations. Segments can be displayed for specific group types, security groups, and dropdown list-type custom profile fields. The segments that will display are the segments that are selected on the Admin panel: Logs & statistics section > Analytics settings page.
Analytics by segment can be viewed for unique views, visitors, and engagement metrics. Select the appropriate tab to view the desired metrics.
Choose the segment type whose analytics you want to view by selecting the tab for Group membership, Security groups, or Custom profile fields. Select a Group type from the dropdown to view segments for a specific group type.
If a user belongs to multiple segments, their activity will appear in all of those segments. Eg. If Julie belongs to both the Marketing and Sales groups, her activity will show in the metrics for both groups.
Attachments
This table will only display if the content has one or more attachments. It displays statistics for visitors, unique views, downloads, and media plays for each attachment. The table can be sorted by any column, and can be exported to an Excel file. Clicking on the name of any attachment will take you to the corresponding attachment page.
