Analytics overview dashboard
The Analytics overview is the landing page for the analytics dashboards. This dashboard contains highlights from each of the analytics dashboards and gives an overview of analytics for the intranet.
To view the Analytics overview dashboard, click your name or profile photo in the top right. In the menu that opens, click Analytics under the Content section.

| Widget | Description |
| Visitors |
Displays the number of visitors within the selected date period. This widget also displays the total number of intranet user accounts that have an Active status, so you can compare the number of users that visited the site with the total number of users that have access to the site. Click View users to see a list of users who visited the intranet and the number of activities they performed. |
| Averages |
Displays Unique views per visitor and Engagement per visitor counts for the selected date period, as well as comparisons with the previous period. Unique views per visitor = Unique views/Visitors Engagement per visitor = Total engagement/Visitor |
| Desktop vs mobile |
Displays the number of visitors by how they accessed the intranet during the specified date period: desktop, mobile web, or the mobile app. Click View users to see a list of users who visited the intranet and the number of views they had, divided into tabs based on how they accessed the intranet. |
| Content created |
Displays the Content created count for the selected period, and a comparison with the previous period. Click View users to see a list of users who created content on the intranet and how many pieces of content they created. |
| Content views |
Displays the Total and Unique views counts for the selected period, and a comparison with the previous period. Click View users to see a list of users who viewed content on the intranet. |
| Content engagement |
Displays the Content engagement (Likes, Comments, Bookmarks, Downloads) counts for the selected period, and comparisons with the previous period. Click View users to see a list of users who engaged with content on the intranet, divided into tabs based on the type of engagement. |
| Search highlights | Displays the Number of searches and Number of keywords counts for the selected periods, and comparisons with the previous period. |
| Mobile visitors |
Displays the number of visitors who accessed the intranet via mobile within the selected date period. This widget also displays the total number of intranet user accounts that have an Active status, so you can compare the number of users that visited the site on mobile with the total number of users that have access to the site. Click View users to see a list of users who visited the intranet on mobile and the number of views they had. |
| Mobile views |
Displays Total and Unique views using mobile for the selected date period, as well as comparisons with the previous period. Click View users to see a list of users who visited the intranet on mobile and the number of Total and Unique views they had. |
