Analytics overview dashboard
The Analytics overview is the landing page for the analytics dashboards. This dashboard contains highlights from each of the analytics dashboards and gives an overview of analytics for the intranet.
To view the Analytics overview dashboard, click your name or profile photo in the top right.
In the menu that opens, click Analytics under the Content section.

Visitors |
Displays the number of visitors within the selected date period. This widget also displays the total number of intranet user accounts that have an Active status, so you can compare the number of users that visited the site with the total number of users that have access to the site. |
| Averages* |
Displays Unique views per visitor and Engagement per visitor counts for the selected date period, as well as comparisons with the previous period. Unique views per visitor = Unique views/Visitors Engagement per visitor = Total engagement/Visitor |
| Content created* | Displays the Content created count for the selected period, and a comparison with the previous period. |
| Content unique views* | Displays the Unique views count for the selected period, and a comparison with the previous period. |
| Content engagement* | Displays the Content engagement (Likes, Comments, Bookmarks, Downloads) counts for the selected period, and comparisons with the previous period. |
| Search highlights | Displays the Number of searches and Number of keywords counts for the selected periods, and comparisons with the previous period. |
*These counts are dependent on the Included content types (See Glossary of analytics terms).
