Content contributions dashboard
The Content contributions dashboard provides insights into the content created and edited on your organization's intranet.
To view the Content contributions dashboard, click your name or profile photo in the top right. In the menu that opens, click Analytics under the Content section. Click Content contributions on the left.
See Analytics dashboards for information about features common to multiple analytics dashboards, eg. selecting the date period.
| Widget | Description |
| Highlight* |
Displays the content created and content edited counts for the selected date period, and a percentage change from the comparison date period. Click View users to see a list of users who created or edited content on the intranet and the number of content contributions they performed. |
| Content contributions over time |
Displays the number of content items created and edited over time during the selected date period as a bar chart. Depending on the date period, each bar may represent a day, a month, or a year. Each bar is divided into sections with different colors representing content items created and content items edited. Hover over the different patterns on a bar to see the values they represent. Click on a bar to see options to change the date period you are viewing (drill down, drill up, or reset to the original date period). |
| Content contributions by segments |
Displays content created and edited by segments such as departments, teams, offices, etc. The segments that display are dependent on the segments configured on the Admin panel: Logs & statistics section > Analytics settings page. If a user belongs to multiple segments, their activity will be counted in all of those segments. |
| Content contributions by content type |
Displays content created and edited by content types such as pages, posts, forums, etc. This chart displays only when the content type selector dropdown is set to "All". If you select a specific content type from the dropdown, this chart will not display. |
*These counts are dependent on the Included content types (See Glossary of analytics terms).
