In-app analytics overview

ThoughtFarmer Analytics gives you easy-to-understand insights into how your intranet is being used, how content is performing, and how engaged your employees are. It’s built right into your ThoughtFarmer site, so you can make informed decisions without having to log into a third-party tool.

Curious about how different teams or departments are interacting with your content? With segmented reporting, you can easily track performance by department, team, or even custom fields, giving you insights that are both useful and easy to act on.

Analytics data is available both for individual intranet pages and sections and on site-wide analytics dashboards.

The data is in near real-time, syncing every hour, so it can be up to 59 minutes behind. Currently, analytics data goes back to 2020. For older data, you may need to check the previous platform (TF Analytics Matomo).
