External links dashboard
The external links dashboard provides information about how many users are visiting external links from the intranet, and how often they are using those links.
To view the External links dashboard, click your name or profile photo in the top right. In the menu that opens, click Analytics under the Content section. Click External links on the left.

Displays external link URLs, and which intranet content page they are linked on. Click the Content page title to view that page. Table columns show how many different users have clicked each link, the total number of times the link has been clicked and the unique number of link clicks (counting only 1 click per user every 24 hours.) Click on the number of users beside a link to open a modal showing a list of users who clicked that link and how many total and unique clicks they did on the link. |
