Email digest settings
Daily catch-up and Weekly digest settings
Daily catch-up and Weekly digest emails are sent out to give intranet users an automated summary of activity on the intranet and intranet pages that are popular that week. Administrators can choose whether new users will receive these emails by default. Individual users can choose whether to receive the daily and weekly catch-ups by editing their profile settings.
There is also a weekly summary email of content reviews that are assigned to a user. To learn more about the content review summary email, see Content reviews admin settings.
Sample email digests are viewable on the Admin panel: Notifications settings > Digests page by clicking the Sample catch-up and Sample digest links. The sample email links display images of sample digests with labels explaining the different components of the email.
