Email newsletter settings
Daily catch-up and Weekly newsletter settings
Daily catch-up and Weekly newsletter emails are sent out to give intranet users a summary of activity on the intranet and intranet pages that are popular that week. Administrators can choose whether new users will receive these emails by default. Individual users can choose whether to receive the daily and weekly catch-ups by editing their profile settings.
There is also a weekly summary email of content reviews that are assigned to a user. To learn more about the content review summary email, see Content reviews admin settings.
Sample email newsletters are viewable on the Admin panel: Notification & newsletter settings > Email newsletters page by clicking the Sample catch-up and Sample newsletter links. The sample email links display images of sample newsletters with labels explaining the different components of the email.
